Biology Blueprint - SQL Interface Biology Blueprint - SQL Interface
The blueprint shows how biological parts are ordered by rule in both control and experimental settings. These parts and their connections characterize the downstream products of the genome - quantitatively. In effect, this screen summarizes the toolkit being used by biology to assemble its parts. The connected parts are identified as X and Y, as control (green) and experimental (blue), as proportions (black), as the frequency of a given proportion (gray), and as a decimal repertoire equation. This screen simplifies the task of finding parts by name and/or by their proportions. It is particularly good at displaying the local and global diversity being created by gene expression. In effect, it unfolds the complexity of biology into more manageable and understandable pieces of information.
Let's ask a question. What neurons in the frontal and occipital lobes occur in a ratio of 2:1?
