Progress Report 2007/8
The progress report summarizes the
accomplishments of the previous year (2007), introduces new software, and
extends our options for a mathematical biology. This year, the
report considers problems of validity arising from the application
of
semiquantitative data in biochemistry, molecular biology and
immunocytochemistry. The
reader is invited to inspect this mischievous paradigm through the lens of a
mathematical biology and discover how breaking the rules can undermine our
ability to see things clearly.
