Mathematical Phenotypes
A mathematical phenotype consists of a collection of decimal
repertoire equations, providing local and global information. These equations can be viewed as data
pairs in a database table or as the trees (dendrograms) produced by
cluster analysis. Both options provide information about data
relationships.
Product features:
- Cluster Analysis: Creates mathematical pictures (trees) that
reveal connection patterns in health, disease, and experimental
exposure.
